We are a growing home care agency that connects qualified caregivers with clients who need assistance with everyday activities, personal care, companionship, and other forms of support.

How Working for a Caregiving Agency Works

As an agency caregiver, you become part of our caregiving team rather than having to find clients on your own.

Our office works to match caregivers with available clients and shifts based on location, availability, experience, and the client's care needs.

Because every client is different, schedules and assignments can vary. The more flexible your availability is, the more opportunities we may be able to offer you.

Types of Shifts We Offer

❤️ Floor Caregiving — Currently in High Demand
Floor caregiving is especially needed right now. Floor caregivers work in a care setting where they may assist multiple clients or residents during their shift rather than being assigned to only one person. Responsibilities may include personal care, mobility assistance, meals, companionship, and other hands-on support. Floor caregivers should be comfortable staying active, working as part of a team, and assisting multiple clients throughout their shift.

🏠 One-on-One Caregiving
Work directly with one client in their home. You may assist with personal care, companionship, meal preparation, mobility, light housekeeping, errands, and other daily activities based on the client's care plan.

⚡ 1Heart Care Express
Care Express provides short, scheduled visits for clients who need quick, focused assistance at home. These visits may include help with personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, mobility, light housekeeping, errands, or other essential daily tasks. Care Express is a good option for caregivers who prefer shorter assignments, enjoy traveling between nearby clients, and can provide dependable care within a scheduled time frame.

Caregiver Responsibilities

Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include:

• Personal care and hygiene assistance

• Mobility and transfer assistance

• Meal preparation

• Companionship

• Medication reminders

• Light housekeeping

• Running errands

• Helping clients with daily activities

• Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment
