The primary responsibility of our team at M on High is to consistently deliver the perfect combination of great food and exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
· Assist the Executive Chef with all kitchen needs
· Handle the prep, setup, restocking, managing, and cleaning of assigned food station
· Responsible for food preparation and production: prepping, cooking, frying, grilling and plating, with comfortability using cooking/kitchen equipment in a professional environment
· Work a fast-paced station in accordance with other stations to deliver consistent quality food in an orderly time for guests
· Ensure that assigned work areas and equipment are properly clean and sanitary before, during, and after tasks
· Execute recipes to Executive Chef’s standards, follow directions, and flexible to offer help where it is needed
· Ensure that food is stored in optimum conditions and meets safe food handling measures
· Complete BOH clean up to company standards and health code
· Perform daily opening, mid shift, and closing duties as directed by the Executive Chef
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 1 year of professional cooking experience
· Must have a valid ServSafe certification
· Flexible availability, which includes working morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
· High energy, strong organizational skills, and a team player mentality
· Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
· Strong knife skills
· Ability to stand full duration of shift
· Physical demands of the job include but are not limited to:
o Standing during entire shift
o Reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, and carrying supplies
o Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds in weight on a semi regular basis
